Idea of the trip
The Course contains 4 days of intense pole dance classes 1.5-2 hours each.
During the classes we will learn basic pole movements (transitions/spins/acrobatic tricks), beautiful dance combos, magnetic floor & legs’ work, amazing acrobatics on the floor and basic strip & high heels
(contemporary) routine. You will also get useful knowledge about musicality, musical accents and basic principles of how to work with them. You will get some techniques that help to make your movements more flowing & graceful while dancing. Moreover, you will get a full 1.5-2 minutes’ dance, you can send your friends or share on Instagram as we gonna make a video/photoshoot at the end of the course.
Besides, you will get a lot of fun for sure!!!

Itinerary

Course program includes:

4 days classes x 1.5(2) hours (6-8 hours + video/photo ) and 2 days for another activities.

Day 1

• 30 min intense dancing warm-up contains some functional training & exercises
• 20-30 min strip & high heels (or contemporary routine if artistic pole) routine, floor and legs’ work, acrobatics and special movements appears on a dance
• 20-30 min basic pole dance routine (transitions/spins/acrobatics)
• 20 min musicality and dance combos
• 20 min stretching & yoga

Day 2

• 30 min intense dancing warm-up contains some functional training & exercises
• 15-20 min workout with combos and movements of the first day
• 45-60 min learning a first part of a dance (with/without music)
• 15-20 min stretching & yoga

Day 3

• morning yoga
• trip to Anaga forest ( its necessary to have warm clothes)
• have dinner in old restaurant in Santa Cruz

Day 4

• 30 min intense dancing warm-up contains some functional training & exercises
• 15-20 min the first part of a dance workout (technique and musicality)
• 45-60 min learning a second part of a dance (with/without music)
• 15-20 min stretching & yoga

Day 5

• 30 min intense dancing warm-up contains some functional training & exercises
• 45-60 min making a whole dance (combos from day2 & day3), technique workout & dancing routine
• 30-45 min photo/video

Trip to Los Cristianos (beach and relax)
