We offer you a unique trip – sailing in Mallorca with an expert on architecture – Dmitry Bezzubtsev. Dmitry teaches us to look at the architecture of both beginners and professional architects, paying attention to thousands of small things in any building and explaining their essence. He travels to see live and show us the masterpieces of architecture. In the evenings, on board one of the yachts of our flotilla, Dmitry will hold small lectures, which, believe me, sometimes turn into a show.
We will live and travel on cruise motor sailing yachts. All participants for a week will become the crew of the yacht and try themselves in each of the ship’s roles – sailor, boatswain, navigator, radio operator, assistant captain. Our experienced captains, in love with the sea and the sail, will tell and show you how to operate a sailing boat. You will take part in setting the sails, mooring the vessel, stand at the helm and feel the fresh wind and the salty spray of the waves.
The price is per person based on double occupancy in the cabin.

At 10:30 we start the walk and sightseeing of Palma de Mallorca.
The star of the program is the Cathedral of Palma de Mallorca. Usually Gothic tries to be light and airy, but the cathedral in Palma is not typical – it did not manage to hide its massiveness and dominance, and it will appear to us in all its glory. The lace will also be here, which is favored a lot by the world’s largest window – rose. However, we will feel his invincible character and understand exactly what details make him so.
What else: Palma was a rich city at the beginning of the 20th century; the second Barcelona architect after Gaudi, Lewis Domenech-i-Montaner, worked there. Let’s look at his creations. We will have lunch in a beautiful place and continue to walk around the city, learn to notice the details of the buildings and recognize the styles of architecture.
At 17:00 we meet in the port with the captains. We are waiting for the settlement on the boats, the purchase of products, safety instructions, a joint dinner – acquaintance and the first night on the yachts.
Palma de Mallorca sailing marina – Marina Porto Cristo (Manacor). The distance we need to go in a day: 46 miles (7 hours). The captains will bring out the boats in the early morning, while the crew is still asleep, so you will have breakfast in a new place with a beautiful view. In the afternoon we will stop for lunch and swimming. If the wind allows us, be sure to set the sail. Overnight in marina Porto Cristo.
Let’s see the Dragon Caves (Caves del drac) in the morning.
At noon, we leave and head for Minorca. Distance 40 miles (6.5 hours). Yacht crossing to Marina Ciutadella (Menorca). Overnight in the marina.
Sightseeing Menorca until 13:00. In Ciutadella we will pay attention to the local church and use its example to study the Baroque style in all its splendor (the southern Spanish version of the style will show its most vivid techniques here). We will also see an ancient tomb, together with Dmitry we will pay attention to the elements that architecture began with.
Yacht crossing from Ciutadella (Menorca) to Pollensa (Mallorca). 35 miles distance (6 hours). Overnight in the marina.
In the morning, we walk through the ancient Alcudia, where the authentic environmental construction of the 18-19 century has been preserved. They did not build wide streets and glass buildings. Even the fortress wall remained untouched. Walk through the medieval city in the form in which it was created.
Yacht crossing from Pollensa to Soller de Puerto de Mallorca. 35 miles distance (6 hours).
Sailing from Soller de Puerto de Mallorca to Andraitx Marina. A distance of 30 miles (5 hours) this evening nature itself acts as an architect. We will meet the sunset on one of the fjords and talk about the eternal over a glass of local wine.
Go to the home marina Palma de Mallorca. Distance 20 miles (3.5 hours). Day unhurried, have time to swim and take a walk. In the evening, we will have a gala dinner with the presentation of logbooks – an international name book of the yachtsman, which will indicate the distance for the week you have traveled, the strength of the wind, the parameters of the boat with a personal signature and the captain’s seal.
